Cap that allows a 1/4 (6.35mm) hose to be connected to the end on the fridge.
Designed for fridges from various manufacturers, where the hose screws directly onto the solenoid valve at the back of the fridge or the hose itself screws onto the end connecting the hose coming out of the fridge.
